Description
All Reconstructed Denims are unique and handcrafted in our Parisian workshop. They are made from 80s-90s jeans that we entirely dismantle, then reassemble piece by piece according to our straight cut.
We have decided to work on this type of jeans for several reasons. The choice of the jeans used for the realization of the Reconstructed Denims is the most important step of the manufacturing process.
First, we choose them according their fading. The old jeans feature natural fading and stains, not industrially reproductible. Moreover, as they are made of 100% cotton denim, they do not deteriorate with ages. To us, the older the jeans get, the better they look.
Finally, the environmental cause is a major issue in the fashion industry today, and it is particularly important to us. It is also in a perspective of fighting against waste, that we decided to make our Reconstructed Denims from recycled jeans.
They showcase a huge amount of wear and tear and handmade singular details, that make them all unique.
