What makes the craftsmanship at Paradoxe unique?

Each Paradoxe piece is meticulously handcrafted in our Parisian atelier using traditional artisanal techniques. From the first cut to the final stitch, every step is carried out with precision and intention, ensuring that each garment is both unique and deeply rooted in craftsmanship.

How long will it take to craft my order?

You can find an estimate of the time it will take to make your order on the product page. Some products are in stock and are dispatched within 5 to 10 days maximum. Others are made to order, and the artisanal confection can take between 6 and 10 weeks depending on the product, the technique and the complexity.

Do you offer custom or made-to-measure pieces?

Yes. At Paradoxe, we welcome personal visions. We can bring your ideas to life through our bespoke service, where craftsmanship meets individuality. Each custom piece is developed with the same level of care, artistry, and technical excellence as our main collections.

What is the returns procedure? How long do I have to return my order?

Our return policy has a duration of 7 days. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We regret to inform you that refunds are not available for any items labeled as "Limited" or "Made to Order" that have been purchased through our website. However, if you wish to initiate a return for one of these items, we will proceed to an exchange, or will issue a credit note of a value equal to that of the returned item, valid for any future purchases on our website or in our physical store within the following year.

To qualify for a return, please ensure that your item is unused and is in the same condition as when it was initially received. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

What should I do if my product is damaged?

All our products undergo artisanal treatment and some of them may very rarely be damaged. If you receive a faulty product, please return it to us at the following address:
